The Absolute Best Food in Chicago

The Absolute Best Food in Chicago

I’m always chasing that perfect bite somewhere in this city, and Chicago never lets me down. One day I’m craving a crispy-edged smash burger at Desert Hawk, the next I’m riding the Blue Line to Copper Club for their bone marrow aioli.

These spots range from late-night hot dog stands like Jimmy’s to the handmade pasta tables at Monteverde, and everything in between. I’ve eaten my way through enough Logan Square dives and River North staples to know the good ones.

It’s a city that rewards curiosity. Here’s where I’d send you right now.
